United States and Canada orders ship via UPS. Tracking numbers are sent to you as soon as your products are shipped. To request a tracking number, please login to your account and post a message to your project page.
Note: We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We cannot ship to P.O Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
If the purchaser does not provide us with a complete proper address or if the purchaser requests the package to be delivered to another address and our shipping company charges us, the purchasers credit card could be charged up to an additional $15.00 to cover penalties charged by the shipping vendor. You will be notified of the amount before you are charged.
All items that are deemed mis-printed are eligible for returns. Within 30 days of receipt of receipt, purchasers can login to their account and post a return claim on their project log (plog.) Once your return claim has been accepted you will receive return instructions.
Shipping & Handling fees will not be refunded, although if a mis-print is replaced by Print Fellas, those replacements will be shipped to you via UPS Ground at no additional charge. The sender is responsible for return postage. We suggest you use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
Delays or damages as a result of the shipping vendor are the responsibility of the shipping vendor. Print Fellas will place a replacement order for the purchaser at full retail value, and a claim for that value and shipping charges will be submitted to the shipping vendor.
