Returns
Mis-prints are eligible within 30 days of receipt. Log a claim on your project page. Shipping and handling are not refunded. Replacements ship UPS Ground at no extra charge. You pay return postage. Carrier damage is the carrier's claim.
Artwork and templates
- CMYK, 300 DPI, 1/8" bleed on all sides.
- Keep text and logos 1/8" inside the trim.
- Template customization and custom design are $0 and included. Logo recreation, photo cleanup, and illustration stay paid.

- How long until the first proof?
- Generally 24-48 hours. Uploaded print-ready files usually move faster.
- What bleed do you need?
- At least 1/8" (0.125") on all sides, with text 1/8" inside the trim.
- Can I rush an order?
- Rush processing is available on most products. Expedited UPS shipping is paid.
- Is design included?
- Yes. Template customization and custom from scratch are $0. Logo recreation and photo cleanup stay paid.
